Volunteer

Friends School encourages families to be involved in their children’s education by providing many opportunities to work within the school. Research has demonstrated that family involvement creates a higher quality educational experience. Families are expected to co-op – or work three hours per month in the classroom. In addition to assisting in the classroom, parents are asked to work one parent work day per year and assist four hours on a fundraiser. This is a fun way to meet and interact with other parents. All persons working in the classroom are required to have an unremarkable criminal background check completed and on-file.
